Pueblo de Panay township hosts the 1st Roxas City Integrated Transport Terminal!
Right after the overwhelming groundbreaking of the proposed Robinsons Place mall in Roxas City last 15 April 2012 (last day of Capiztahan Festival), DTI Secretary Gregory Domingo, City Mayor Alan Celino (with Vice Mayor Ronnie Dadivas, Councilors Emmanuel Billones Jr., Matthew James Viterbo, government and private sector dignitaries) proceeded to the groundbreaking of the planned 2-hectare Roxas City Transport Terminal.
The Roxas City Government extended its gratitude to the Pueblo de Panay township management – donors of the Roxas City Integrated Terminal lot. Location of the proposed Roxas City Transport Terminal is along the new St. Joseph Avenue along the township of Pueblo de Panay, just behind the future mall within Brgy. Lawaan.
In Roxas City’s future Transport Terminal, waiting passengers could lounge at the township's restaurants (Festa Resto and Pueblo Cafe) or any one of its beautiful hotels (Hotel Veronica and Urban Manor Hotel).
